Our Team
Tim Evans
Tim Evans is a Realtor, Land Developer and founder of Longleaf Properties of the Sandhills.
Born and raised in Fayetteville, NC, Tim spent many years in the antiques and interiors business. Tim’s passion for people, lead him to pursue a new career. After working with a local real estate franchise, Tim founded Longleaf Properties of the Sandhills in 2013 and is the driving force behind our vision of creating big ideas and delivering solutions. Focusing on land, new construction and developing has opened new opportunities. His love for nature and country properties has created a niche which is still being crafted.
Being an artist at heart, his passion for creativity continues to challenge his desire for the need to be different.
Referred to as the go to person for country lots and properties, Tim has 15 + years of experience in the real estate business.
Tim is a Fayetteville native, father of two sons, and grandfather. He enjoys gardening, nature, working on his land, and spending time with his sons and their family. His grandchildren have brought new love to his life.

Shannon Sessoms
Shannon Sessoms is our Transaction Coordinator and newest addition to Longleaf Properties.
Shannon is a Fayetteville native who after many years in the banking industry, decided it was time to set off on a new adventure and join Tim and Melanie in their pursuit of helping people find their dream homes. She is energetic, creative and artistic at heart. Shannon enjoys meeting new people which makes her a great fit with the Longleaf family.
Shannon and her husband live in Hope Mills and have raised two loving children and a Doberman. She loves spending time with her family and her dog. She enjoys running, the beach, working in her yard and anything that’s artistic and creative.
